Flight questions and answers
EU regulation 261/2004 gives passengers the right to €250–€600 per person when a flight departing the EU/EEA, or arriving with an EU airline, is delayed 3+ hours, cancelled at short notice or overbooked. The ticket price does not matter, and claims can go years back.
When we win your case we notify you straight away and ask for your payout details, Swish, bank transfer or another method that suits you. The money then goes directly to you, minus our 20% success fee.
A case can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. You can approve us to keep checking your inbox continuously, so new eligible flights are found and new claims started while the ongoing ones are still running.
How much compensation can I get?+
Between €250 and €600 per passenger, depending on the flight distance and how late you arrived.
Which flights qualify?+
Flights leaving the EU/EEA, and flights into the EU/EEA with an EU airline, that arrived over 3 hours late, were cancelled, or where you were denied boarding.
